Dear Rowena,
I can do no wrong and I have years worth of brownie points
due to my decision to buy a carriage driving experience for
Georgina's birthday.
We had an excellent day with you, Peter and Angharad, and I
wonder what dressage, eventing or jumping yard would put
customers on their best horses, as you did?
Driving is right up there on the list of those 101 things to
do, like hot air ballooning, bungee jumping or swimming with
crocodiles - or perhaps dolphins.
Not only was it a tremendous experience but you gave us a
great deal of your time. You have not seen the last of us,
I'm sure.

Thank you Rowena, Peter and Angharad for a lovely day today, and of course to Ginger, Solo and Tim.
As for today, what can I say? It was great to finally try my hand at driving, and, whilst it will be a while before I even master the basics of how to hold the reins, I do hope to do so eventually, so will be back when I can. Even if I can't make it back for a lesson I will try and make it to one of your open days, or to a competition if there is one locally, as it would be great to see some more of the carriages and horses and be able to appreciate all your skills. However, when I do make it to an open day, a ride in anything other than the landau, with driver and groom in full attire, will be a bit of a come down! It was certainly an amazing way to finish my 50th birthday celebration and was very special. Thank you so much.
